2002 Source Water Protection Award

The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded JCSA for "Cap It," the Let's be Water Smart program aimed at protecting the county's water supply through education about the dangers of improperly abandoned wells. The purpose of the award is to recognize and encourage leadership, innovation and dedication to source water communities. (READ MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM)

 

"Let's be Water Smart" is a public/private water management initiative of the James City Service Authority.
